IMPORTANT - if your DVD-R VIDEO will not play:-
DVD-R are the blank, recordable versions of the shiny silver discs you buy in the shops with films on. The DVD-R format is the one approved by the DVD Forum and the majority of modern set-top players support it, especially the cheaper ones, which tend to use more standard components. However, there are still some DVD Video Players around, especially the older ones that may give problems. For instance, the player may simply refuse to play the disc, or it may stutter, skip or freeze. If you do experinece these problems, please first try your DVD-R Video disc in another player if possible, as 99% of the time the problem will be your player.
Our own 'Sporting Videos Production' DVD-R Video products are manufactured using professional and NOT domestic equipment and are fully tested before they leave our facilities house.
CARE OF YOUR DVD-R Video
Please be very careful when handling your DVD-R Video disc. Avoid touching the underside of the disc but instead hold at the edge of the disc. The underside of the disc contains the video information and is easily scratched, even if you wipe using a soft tissue. Scratches may cause problems. These points equally apply to the shiny DVD Video discs that you buy in the shops with films on.
DVD-R VIDEO REPLACEMENT POLICY
We have a simple DVD replacement policy. We will replace any faulty DVD within 28 days of purchase. All DVD's leave our premises in perfect condition. If you return a DVD with any scratches or fingerprints on the underside of the disc, you will forfeit your entitlement to a replacement.
