Q. WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAGE RATES
A. £1.75 per DVD (3 or more post free)
THE COLLECTION SETS are £2.00 p&p - 3 Titles in one Triple Case
Q. WHAT ARE POSTAGE RATES FOR COLLARS
A. £2.25 for each Whippet size Collar and £2.50 for each Greyhound size Collar
PLEASE REMEMBER TO MEASURE YOUR DOG's Neck before placing Order for a Collar - if you buy a Collar which is too small or too large it can be replaced (if stock allows) but the postage charge for returning original Collar and replacement will not be refunded. Faulty goods will be replaced (if stock allows) and postage will be refunded
Q. How long does it take to deliver my order
A. Approximately 10 - 14 days for all orders received by cheque.
Credit Card orders placed over the phone or via website are dealt with within 3 - 5 days as are orders paid for by postal order, unless away at a Show when all orders will be posted as soon as possible.
